Jindal Aluminium Limited, India’s largest aluminium extrusion company, has launched “SAHAY” – a Psychological Wellness Program to address the emotional and mental well-being needs of its employees and their families.
In an announcement, the company said this psychological wellness program would benefit roughly over 7,000 (seven thousand) people. It is designed to balance the emotional quotient at the workplace and personal life, allowing people to address their emotional and psychological challenges effectively.
“The pandemic has been both emotionally and psychologically taxing for many. While the nation is fighting it together, emotional and mental well-being is the most neglected part, needing intervention. At Jindal Aluminium, we feel responsible for caring for employees by supporting their overall well-being, including mental and emotional health. SAHAY is a part of this belief aiming to improve the emotional well being of all of our employees.”
