We have 11 presses of different capacities ranging from 750 tons to 4000 tons, with an installed production capacity of 1,20,000 MT per annum. Backed with a log casting foundry capable of producing 1,40,000 MT per annum, a most modern in-house die making tool shop capable of producing high quality and intricate dies of international standards, we are a fully self-sufficient manufacturer.

Our products are exported to various countries including North American and European countries, and our export performance has been registering a healthy growth. The company has been repeatedly awarded for its excellent export performance by Engineering Export Promotion Council and other Government Agencies.

We offer aluminium extrusions in 1XXX, 2XXX, 3XXX, 5XXX, 6XXX and 7XXX series.

Ultrasonic testing is carried out against specific request from the customer at an additional cost.

For the convenience of our customers we have uploaded an E-Catalogue on our website listing most of the standard applications. However, we produce many other profiles on the request of customers which are exclusive and cannot be disclosed due to our NDA’s signed with respective customers. Prices are specific for the quantity and alloy, hence can only be quoted on specific requests.  You can send your enquiry at info@jindalaluminium.com

Yes, we can supply both anodized and power coated materials, if our customers so require. Anodizing and Powder coating is arranged through our associate vendors located very close to our works.

Yes. Material of any length between 1 to 8 meters can be supplied. For specific inquiries, we can give up to 11.8 meter length in T6 condition & 15 meter in E grade. However, for maximum stuffing convenience, lengths of 5850mm and 5950mm for 20′ and 40′ containers respectively are suggested, in export consignments.

Very few sections are cold drawn to ensure very tight tolerances as per customer’s requirements. A majority of extrusions are manufactured through the direct extrusion process, which is satisfies even the most stringent tolerance requirements.

The most popular alloy used worldwide for Extrusion in Architecture is AA 6063 equivalent to Indian Standard 63400 or British HE9 or Canadian 50 S.

Our aluminium extrusion sections are approved by National Thermal Power Corporation, Indian Railways, Ministry of Defence, Department of Atomic Energy, Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Power Grid Corporation etc.

Being an IS/ISO 9001:2015 certified company, our extrusions are put into 100% inspection before despatch, and subsequently, possibility of rejection at the customer’s end is rare. Complaints arising thereafter are attended to at the customer’s premises jointly by the JAL marketing/technical staff and the problems are sorted out up to the satisfaction of the customer. Appropriate corrective and preventive actions are put in place to prevent recurrence.

As per the prevailing practice in the extrusion industry, a refundable security deposit is taken for the cost of new die development against a guaranteed minimum off-take, within a specified period of time, failing which the security deposit for new die is forfeited. Die exclusivity also can be guaranteed, with some conditions. Specific details can be provided on request.

Every care is taken to supply material in the required quantity according to customer’s requirements. However, there will be a quantity tolerance of minimum +/-10%.

For existing and new profiles, the minimum order quantity per profile will be 300 kgs to 1000 kgs depending on the size of the extrusion.

Primarily we use HDPE packing where one individual bundle can hold approximately 60-80 kg except rods & flat bars of extrusions. We are supplying bundles with weight beyond 100 Kgs also, depending on the size and shape of the extrusion.  In case of packing in wooden boxes each box can hold approx. 250 kg, depending on customer’s choice. Another option available for packing is polythene. Stretch wrapping in automatic machines are also provided. For exports on a full container load basis, the profiles are wrapped in polythene and stuffed directly into the containers. For cargo lesser than the truck / container load, the bundles will first be packed in polythene and then put into the wooden cases. Actual charges for packing would vary for different cases and the same can be provided on request.

For existing profiles, the lead time will be two weeks from the date of receipt of technically and commercially clear orders, while for the new profiles the lead time may vary from 3 to 5 weeks.

The aluminium extrusions are endlessly recyclable and have a substantial scrap value. Hence, it is economical as well as environment friendly. Recycling aluminium consumes only five percent of the energy required in producing new aluminium.

Though several alloys and tempers might be suitable for one application, we can extend guidance in choosing the best suited and the most economical alloy for your specific needs, by understanding the end applications.

The circumscribing circle size is the smallest diameter circle that will completely enclose the entire cross-section for the extruded shape. We can supply circumscribing circle of a maximum diameter as below-

Round Tube up to 300mm

Square Tube 205 mm x 205 mm

Rectangular tube 300 mm x 100 mm

Flat bar up to 426mm width
